ACREE, WILLIAM, 86, of Clearwater, died Saturday (June 17, 2000) in Clearwater. Born in Kentucky, he came here in 1974 from Ann Arbor, Mich. He worked 33 years for Chrysler Corp. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a Protestant. He was a member of United Auto Workers and the American Legion, Clearwater. Survivors include two daughters, Joni Pareres, Tarpon Springs, Deanna Acree Peck, Rapid City, Mich.; a stepdaughter, Nancy Lobdell, Jackson, Mich.; a stepson, Duane Polland, Manchester,Mich.; two brothers, Jack, Hot Springs, Ark., and Gwen, Ann Arbor; two sisters, Joann Sellers, Ann Arbor, and Edna Bowles, Huntsville, Ala.; several nieces and nephews; and two grandchildren.
