Zelda Anderson, 83, of the Arbors, Marietta, OH, formerly of Middlebourne departed this life Wednesday, August 24, 2011 in Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born June 21, 1928 in Tyler County the daughter of the late Claude and Millie Beers Myers.
Zelda was a homemaker and a Methodist.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Oral J. Anderson in 1997. A son Ronald Gene Anderson and a half brother James Coulter.
Zelda is survived by two sons; Steven C. Anderson and his wife Carolyn and James David Anderson and his wife Tracy all of Middlebourne. Grandchildren; Heather Goddard, Brian, Faith McKayla and J. D. Anderson. Great grandchildren; Chandler, Breauna, Brooklyn Anderson and Ryan Dillon.
Friends will be received 3-5 and 7-9 Friday at Furbee Funeral Home, Middlebourne where services will be held 10:00 am Saturday with Reverend William Williamson officiating. Interment in Middlebourne Cemetery.
