Mr. Adams, who was known as ''David,'' died Nov. 9 of AIDS. He was 29.
He was born March 28, 1965, in Monterey, Calif.
He is survived by his partner, Mark Tappert of Portland; mother, Phyllis Homan of Portland; sisters, Felicity of Portland and Leslie, Stephania and Kristen, all of of Monterey; and brothers, Frank and Philip, both of Monterey.
Disposition by cremation.
Interment in El Camino Cemetery of Pacific Grove.
Remembrances: St. Vincent Hospital and Medical Center hospice.
