Betty Adams died peacefully at the age of 87 on May 17, 2009 in Carmel Valley, California.
Betty was born to Verne C. and Margaret Henderson Russell in Mansfield, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Angelo "Ang" in 1998 and daughter Susan in 2001. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Margaret "Peg" and Joe Fairchild of San Diego; her children and grandchildren: Mark (Janis) Adams of Santa Monica, California and children Jama, Andrew and Sam; Joan (Mike) Sesma of Gaithersburg, Maryland and children, Jennifer, Amelia and Elena; Tom (Tina) Adams of Carmel Valley, California, and children Holly, Will and Kate; Marian (Alan) Tone of Bayfield, Colorado, and children, Claire, Frank and Grace. Betty is also survived by her uncle John Henderson, her aunt Ann Goodwin; and cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Holy Cross Cemetery on Saturday, May 23, 2009, followed by Interment at Holy Cross, 5835 West Slauson Avenue, Culver City, CA.
