CHARLES E. ALEXANDER
Charles E. Alexander of Boonsboro, died Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock after a five weeks' illness of complications, aged 86 years. He was a son of the late Franklin and Lydia Smith Alexander, and was born near Middletown. He was a member of the Boonsboro Lutheran church. Besides his wife, Mrs. Mary Harshman Alexander, he is survived by three sisters and four brothers as follows: Mrs. Catherine Kline, Mrs. C. D. Young and Mrs. Margaret Sterner, all of Boonsboro; George Alexander, near Middletown; Elmer Alexander, Oregon, Ill.; Lawson Alexander, Bolivar, and Leslie Alexander, Boonsboro.
The body may be viewed at the late home until Thursday noon when it will be removed to the Bast funeral home at Boonsboro for services at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Donald R. Stonesifer. Interment in the Boonsboro cemetery. William F. Bast, funeral director.
