Charles Bacon, Jr oldest son and child of Charles Bacon Sr and Eva Neumann Bacon who migrated from Maidencreek Twp., Berks Co., Pennsylvania to Washington Co., Tennessee settling on land in Washington Co. which is still known as Bacon land and where the Charles Bacon Cemetery is located on land known later as the Earl Bacon Farm. Charles Jr. married Elizabeth Carey January 31, 1833 by Archibald Glasscock JP. Ten children were born: Tymanda, Louisa, Montgomery, Sylvanus, Jonathan, Preston, Nancy J, Henry N., Delia Ellen and Mary E. Bacon. Three sons made their way to Barren Co., Kentucky after the Civil War...Montgomery known as "Gomery" in Kentucky, Sylvanus and Jonathan where today descendants are living.
