Husband of Thelma B.(Smith) Armor.
Born Greenville, Maine, son of the late Charles and Rosy (Beaupre) Amor. Res Peabody most of his life & in Middleton for 18 years.
Employed as a machinist at the former Aulson Tanning and Machine Co., Beverly, many years.retiring in 1962.
Survived by his wife; daughter, Josephine Dumas; sons, George W. Amor,Jr. of Fargo, N.D.; Wayne Davis of Maine and Lewis Davis of Danvers; sister, Beatrice Butler;three brothers, Thomas & Edward Amor, and Everett Armor of N.H.; many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held in Holten cemetery, Danvers, on Tuesday. No visiting hours.
