Producer, Entrepreneur. Brother of Al Christie. In 1922 with his brother, they built Hollywood's first luxury hotel, The Christie Hotel which included the luxury of private baths. In 1933 the Christie Film Company, which the brothers founded, fell apart and was sold to a larger studio. Christie died following a long illness.
