Author, Songwriter. A renown, well-respected and prolific Argentine poet and writer, he published almost 1,300 songs, most notably those sung by Carlos Gardel, and those which were recorded by Agustín Magaldi, Ignacio Corsini, Libertad Lamarque, Charlo and many other tango stars. He also published the books "Canciones Tristes," "La Luna del Bajo Fondo," "Viento que Lleva y Trae," "Historia del Tango en París."
