Mrs. Ruth Harper, 74, of Centertown, died Tuesday at a Fulton hospital following a long illness.
A native of Centertown, Mrs. Harper was born Aug. 11, 1898, the daughter of Hughie and Anna L. Saratain Anderson.
On Feb. 8, 1922, she was married to Robert W. Harper, who died in 1963.
She was a member of the Centertown Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Robert Anderson; and three brothers, Ernest, Fred and Elga Anderson.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at the Bowlin Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Centertown Cemetery.
