Mrs. Casale was born on June 28, 1933, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Ward) Sedlak. She worked at Lewis Engineering for over 30 years.
Ann is survived by her brother, Edward Sedlak of Waterbury; and several nieces and nephews, including her caregiver, JoAnn Cappelletti and her husband, Bob, of Middlebury, Paula Pastore and her husband, Bob, of Watertown, Linda Lefevre and her husband, Patrick, of Arizona, Joseph A. Costa and his wife, Sharon, of Prospect, Linda Costa-Cloanger and her husband, Bill, of North Carolina, John Chipko and his wife, Pat, of Watertown, Joseph Canapari, Mark Sedlak and Kathy Sedlak, all of Waterbury. She also left several grandnieces and grandnephews as well as many close friends.
The funeral will be held 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2015, from Maiorano Funeral Home, 95 Willow St., Waterbury, to Our Lady of Lourdes Church for a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
