"Broome --- Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 19, for Leslie Rust, 74, a native of the Town of Broome, who died in Albany Hospital after a long illness. Services were 2 p.m. at the Palmer and Shaylor funeral home, Middleburgh, with Rev. Thomas Hunter of Temple Baptist Church of Albany officiating. Mr. Rust's last residence was at 441 Delaware avenue, Albany. Burial was in Middleburgh Cemetery. Mr. Rust was born Dec. 4, 1886. His wife was the late Mildred Leonard.
