Interment will be in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville.
Mr. Hatcher was a native of Macon but had lived most of his life in Milledgeville. He was self employed as a roofing contractor. Mr. Hatcher was a member of Westview Baptist Church.
Mr. Hatcher was preceded in death by his Parents, Edmund Chesterfield Hatcher, Sr. and Evelyn Burrus Hatcher; sisters Betty McCowen, Peggy Parker, Lucy Hatcher, and a grandson, Jimmy Wilson.
