Sharon Rae McCoy Koenig, 77, of Indianapolis died April 25, 2015. Sharon was born on January 4, 1938 in Monona County, Iowa to the late Delbert W. and Ethel Mary Cox McCoy.
She was a graduate of Hays High School in Iowa and married Arthur Koenig on June 8, 1957.
She worked for American Airlines in New York and later owned and operated an in home day care for over 25 years in Bloomington, Indiana. Sharon was also a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Arthur Koenig in 2014.
She is survived by her sons William J, Robert A, Richard T. Koenig, daughter Rebecca Koenig, grandchildren; great grandson and two great grandchildren; a sister in law Mary J. McCoy, and two nephews Kevin McCoy, Jason McCoy.
