David A. Gula, age 58 of North Canton, passed away on November 26, 2013. He was born on August 4, 1955 in Lorain, Ohio. David was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State football games.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maureen; brother, Dennis; sister, Maureen; grandparents; and sister-in-law, Marilyn. David is survived by his father, Allen; brothers, Allen Jr., and Timothy (Jean); sisters, Allynn (Brian) Stallings, and Dawn (Scott) Heidinger; nieces and nephews, Shannon Gula, Jacquelin Verrico, Josh Gula, Amanda Gula, Jamie Gula, and Zac Stallings; dearest friends, Denny and Jill Shamp; and his bestest buddy, PUGSLEY.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29 from 4-7pm in the Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel (801 Pittsburg Ave NW). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 30, at 10:00 am in St. Michael's Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Robert Lanterman celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to The Marilyn B. Gula Mountains of Hope Foundation (P.O. Box 80500 Phoenix, AZ 85060)
