Brenda "Kay" Sims, 57, passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016 Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: Burleson Memorial Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Kay was a sweet and caring mother who never let any ailment interrupt her priority of making sure life was enjoyed by everyone around her. Mother to one but Mom to many, she taught us how to treat others and always have fun. She loved people and anyone who met her loved her dearly. Always with us. Survivors: Son, Adam Sims; father, Paul Hamilton; brother, Rick Hamilton; and a close family and countless friends who were family.
