After, she continued her nursing career with Grumman Aerospace in Bethpage, NY until her retirement in 1983. She was also a member of the Naval Reserve while at Grumman, eventually retiring from the Navy in 1977 as a Lieutenant Commander.
Married Gerard H. Offen in 1972 and they lived in Centerport, NY until 1983 when they relocated to Lecanto, FL. After her husband died she moved to Atlanta, GA
Predeceased by her parents; husband; siblings, Helen Metcalf, Clara Beatty, Gen Gentile, Ted Ostrow, Casimir Ostrowski, Roman Ostrowski and Matthew Ostrowski
