Mozelle Bradley Marsh, 91, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Kate B Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Marsh was born May 15, 1925 in Wilkes County to the late Willie James and Lillie Patterson Bradley. She was a member of Konnoak Hills Moravian Church and was a faithful member of the church choir until her health declined. Mrs. Marsh was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lester Marsh, who passed away October 27, 1997, five brothers Ellis, Elbert, Glenn, Paul and Bill Bradley and three sisters, Eulala Robbins, Lossie Cheek, and Edna Darnell. She is survived by her two sons, Richard Marsh of the home and William Marsh of Elkin, the love of her life, and one sister, Willye Bradley Dancy of Hays, NC, two grandchildren, John Marsh and Chris Marsh, nine nieces and 6 nephews. Mrs. Marsh attended Ronda High School, Ronda, NC where she was a star player for her basketball team. She retired from Arcade Department Store in Winston-Salem and taught driving lessons for several years in Forsyth County. She was always talking about reading her Bible and asking questions of her sister. They always enjoyed their sessions. She lived her life with an open heart and deep empathy for those around her. She will live in our hearts forever. Funeral services will be held at Konnoak Hills Moravian Church on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM with Rev. John D. Rights and Rev. Glenn Dancy, III officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 12:30 until 1:45 pm at the church. Burial will follow at the Pine Hill Friends Church Cemetery located on Hwy 268, 4 miles west of Pilot Mountain, NC.
