Daniel was of medium height and build with brown eyes and black hair. He married Mable Wenig on 5 January 1910 in Wood County, and they had Daniel Jr. (1924). Daniel was the son of Peter and Elizabeth Ohlemacher Euler of Germany with siblings: Dora, Fred, Charles, William, Frank, Christina, Peter, Elizabeth, Helen, George, and David. He was farmer and then worked in a sugar factory. Daniel died from complications of tuberculosis at the age of 50 years 8 months and 23 days.
