Fort Wayne - Fay Bartow, 75, 12008 Coldwater Road, Fort Wayne, died Friday morning in her home after a long illness.
Born in Bluffton, Mrs. Bartow had lived most of her life in Marion. She was a retired employee of Foster Forbes Glass Co.
She is survived by four daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Colette) Carter, Longview, Wash., Mrs. Thomas (Jeanette) Smiley, Fountain Valley, Calif., Mrs. John (Marguerite) Myers, Marion, and Mrs. Robert (Terry) Bishir, Fort Wayne; a brother, Arch Crawley, Marion; a sister, Crystal Coble, St., Petersburg, Fla., 11 grandchildren; and nine Great-grandchildren.
Services were held on Monday in the Needham-Storey Funeral Service, Needham Chapel, 814 S. Adams St., Marion, with the Rev. Brooks Fetters officiating. Burial was made in the Marion IOOF Cemetery.
