A Catholic funeral service Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for 54 year old, Irma Rojas of Patricia, Texas at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Martin Pena officiating. Burial will follow at Dawson County Cemetery with funeral arrangements under the direction of Gonzales Funeral Home. Rosary prayer services were set for both Sunday and Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home. Our Lord Jesus Christ called Irma home on Thursday, November 8, 2013 while at Convenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on December 3, 1958 in Miguel Aleman Tamaulipas, Mexico. Irma married Refugio Rojas on September 26, 1987 in Miguel Aleman Tamaulipas, Mexico. Irma was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and also a member of Los Cursillistas..."De Colores". She also enjoyed playing La Toteria, drinking coffee with pan-dulce and really loved to listen to the music of LNJ. Irma was a very wonderful lady who loved her family with all her heart! Preceded her in death was her beloved father, Mr. Samuel Banuelos, Sr. Irma is survived by her husband, Refugio Rojas, Sr. of Patricia, Texas; her two sons, Refugio Rojas, Jr. and wife/daughter-in-law, Annalisa Garcia of Lamesa, Texas and Aurelio Rojas of Patricia, Texas; her beloved mother, Guadalupe Banuelos of Lamesa, Texas; five brothers, Enrique Banuelos and sister-in-law, Martina Banuelos of Patricia, Texas; Samuel Banuelos, Jr. and sister-in-law, Concepcion Banuelos of Lamesa, Texas, Juan Banuelos of Lamesa, Texas, Gerardo Banuelos of Lamesa, Texas, Ramiro Banuelos and sister-in-law, Lucy Banuelos, and Jose Banuelos of Lamesa, Texas; three sisters, Guadalupe Valerio and brother-in-law, Jose Valerio of Lamesa, Texas, Elisa Reyna and brother-in-law, Javier Reyna of Lenorah, Texas and Manuela Banuelos of Lamesa, Texas; twenty-three nieces and nephews.Gonzales Funeral Home Nov. 11, 2013
