Funeral for James M. Johnson of Fairfax will be held at Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery tomorrow at 2 p.m. He died at a local rest home last Saturday after a long illness. He was 82 years old.
Johnson, of 59 Belmont Avenue, Fairfax, was born in Tipton, IN, but has lived in Marin for 14 years. He has worked as an artist in California for the past 35 years, and was once employed in the 20th Century Fox film studios in Hollywood as a set designer.
Johnson is survived by his wife Victorine and his daughter, Mrs. Julia J. Koshko of San Geronimo, and grandchildren, Dennis, Pamela, Ronald, and Cynthia Koshko, all of San Geronimo.
