Rod Casallo, 85, of Bremerton, Wash., passed away on March 29, 2014, in the Philippines. Rod was born on March 13, 1929, in Alaminos City, Philippines, to Toribio and Serapia Casallo. He married Alice Aragones June 8, 1969. He graduated from Far East University in Manila with a B.S. in Commerce. Rod served honorably in the US Navy and in the US Coast Guard. He also had a career with PanAm Airlines as an Accountant and retired as an Accountant Supervisor. Rod enjoyed many things, among them was dancing. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Alice. Rod's memory will live on with his brother, Aristides Casallo; sister, Priscilla Molina; and numerous nieces and nephews. Public viewing will be held at Lewis Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 9 and 10 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Interment will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery on Friday, April 11 at 9:30 a.m.
