Doris E. Patane, 71, of Utica Street died Thursday at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness.
Mrs. Patane was a life resident of Fulton. She retired in 1977 after 15 years at the Nestle Company. She previously worked at Sealright Company, Hunter Fan Company, St. Vincent de Paul and with Green Thumb at Andrew Michaud Nursing Home.
Her husband, Eddie I., died in 1974.
Surviving are two daughters, Rosemary P. Woods of Mooresville, N.C., and Veronica P. Tombs of Fulton; a son, Samuel A. of Fulton; two sisters, Clara Guyer and Sarah Patrick, both of Fulton; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 2 p.m. today at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, the Rev. Brent W. Dahlseng officiating. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery.
