Billy was a farmer and a life long resident of Jampsport, MO. Survivors include a companion, Samantha Ratkovich, Jamesport, MO; daughter, Becky (Aron) Gott, Trenton, MO; brothers, David and Gerald Gwinn, both of Jamesport, MO; granddaughters, Skylar and Saige, Trenton, MO. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 23, at Antioch Cemetery, Jamesport, MO. Burial in Antioch Cemetery, Jamesport, MO.
