He departed this life on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital in Hyden, Ky., at the age of 96. Bastain had been a resident of Leslie County, Michigan & Mt. Vernon, KY. By occupation he was a mechanic for Sears. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army WWII. Bastain enjoyed playing music & gardening.
Bastain Morgan was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Doris Patton, Helen Kennel, Geneva Simpson, Marie Franco & Connie Watley & brothers, Chris & Denver.
He leaves the following relatives surviving, brother, Bailey Morgan & Eva, Stinnett, KY., sister, Ann Kasab, White Lake, Michigan, special great-niece, Lisa Morgan. Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.
