Stella Wortham, 76, died Thursday, March 5, 1998, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after an extended illness. She was a lifelong resident of Tupelo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 10 at Lane Chapel C.M.E. Church with the Rev. Charles E. Holbrook Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Grayson-Porter’s Memorial Cemetery. Agnew and Sons of Verona is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Wortham and Dianna Wortham of Tupelo and Lisa Bailey and her husband, Ricky, of Atlanta, Ga.; one son, Terrell Wortham and his wife, Leisa, of San Diego, Calif.; five grandchildren.
Flowers will be received after 1 p.m. today.
