Laura Jean Price, 82, of Grants Pass died Friday, Aug. 8, 2003, at a hospital in San Diego of atherosclerosis.
Private services will be held. Burial will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Grants Pass. West Coast Cremations in Fullerton, Calif., is in charge of arrangements.
Price was born Aug. 12, 1920, in Des Moines, Iowa. She retired from UPS as an office manager. Fourteen years ago she moved to Grants Pass from Anaheim, Calif., where she had lived 27 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Suzanne Melton of Eugene, Sally Waschewski of Des Moines, Iowa, and Christine Moore of Grants Pass; three sons, William Sutton of El Cajon, Calif., Charles Price of Santa Ana, Calif., and William Price of Medford; a sister, Doris Lender of Newport Beach, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
