Mrs.Mary T. Deady Chase, 75, of Plymouth died Thursday, September 13, 2007 in the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. She was horn in Quincy on November 26, 1930, the daughter of the late Robert W. and Ella M. Morrell Deady Sr. She was raised and educated in Quincy and lived in Rockland from 1964 until moving to Plymouth 6 years ago. Mrs. Chase was formerly employed as shoe worker at the former E.T. Wright Shoe Company in Rockland. She later worked at the Stop and Shop Market in Abington and was a volunteer delivering Meals on Wheels for the Whitman Senior Center. She was a former member of the Shoe and Allied Craftsman's Union and a member of the Massachusetts Catholic Women's Club. She enjoyed Foxwoods and playing Bingo. Wife of the late Roy I. Chase, she is survived by 2 sons, Roy J. Chase of Edgewater FL and Robert E. Chase of Plymouth, 1 sister, Carol A. Fisher of Rockland, 1 brother, James Deady of LeRoy MI, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 9 AM in Holy Family Church, 403 Union Street in Rockland. Interment in Holy Family Cemetery. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 45 East Water Street in ROCKLAND on Sunday from 1-5 PM. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 129 Morgan Drive, Norwood MA 02062.
