Services for Mr. Anderson will be Friday, August 31, 2001 at 3 pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Smith officiating. Interment will be at the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 am until 9 pm at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria. Mr. Anderson, 14, of Alexandria, died Tuesday, August 28, 2001 at Baptist DeKalb Hospital. He was born August 15, 1987 in DeKalb County to Timothy James Anderson and Teresa FItts Anderson. An eighth grade student at West School, he was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, survivors include: sister, McKenzie Anderson; brothers, Titus, Travis and Trinity Anderson; grandparents, Joe and Lucille Fitts and Parker and the late Mattie Nell Anderson, all of Alexandria; great-grandmother, Altie Payne of Mt. Juliet and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
