Charles "Chuck" A. Hemenway, 52, of Johnson City NY, left this world for a better place on October 20, 2012. He was predeceased by his father Arthur whom we are sure he is now fishing with. He is survived by the love of his life, fiancée Laurie Kendrick and her family; his mother, Carol; his children, Melissa, Mark (Jenna) and Bret; a sister, Tami (George); and a brother, Scott; his grandchildren Abby, Emma, Vincenzo and Celia, whom he cherished deeply; a nephew, Tallon; and a niece, Tia (Gabe); and great nephews, Xavier and Corbin; also his faithful dog Luker, who never left his side, and many relatives as well. Chuck was once the Union Representative for the Local 281 (277) and worked hard for what he thought was right for the Union and was adamant about buying products made in the "USA" as well. Baby you are finally free of all your pain. We will love you forever ---- RIDE HARD-FREE BIRD. In memory of "Chuck" please take a few moments to listen to his favorite band, Lynyrd Skynyrd. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. at Riverhurst Cemetery Lower Level in Endwell. Arrangements are by Aegis Cremation & Funeral Services, 196 Clinton Street, Binghamton, NY.
