OBITUARY-
AUSTIN -- The funeral for Agnes Sophia Aandahl will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin with the Rev. Kristin Wee officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.
Mrs. Aandahl, 86, of 606 Fifth Ave. S.W., a homemaker and former school secretary, died Saturday (Aug. 9, 1997) at Austin Medical Center Hospital.
Agnes Sophia Erickson was born May 27, 1911, in rural Amery, Wis. In 1934 she married Clifford Aandahl of Litchville, N.D., and they moved to Austin in 1935. Mrs. Aandahl was a homemaker, worked at Kinsman Floral and was a secretary at Lincoln Elementary School. She was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Sons of Norway, the Retired School Secretaries Association and Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol (Mrs. Jim) Westberg of Bozeman, Mont., Judy Stelzig of Morgantown, W.Va., and Pamela (Mrs. Dale) Solberg of Fridley, Minn.; a son, George of Red Wing; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ardis (Mrs. Don) Davis of Milbank, S.D. She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Worlein Funeral Home in Austin and an hour before the service Wednesday at the church.
