BEVERLY RENEE' BAKER AARON, age 51, passed away, Sunday, October 14, 2012, Beverly was an inspiration to her family and friends as she fought cancer with courage, strength and grace for over three years. She leaves behind to treasure her memory her husband, Steve Aaron; beloved daughters, Stephanie Aaron and Ashley Carter; her mother, Norma S. Baker; sister, Sherry B. Parker (Chester); mother-in-law, Joan Aaron; nephews, Scott Parker, Brad Baker and Jim Baker. She was preceded in death by her father, James E. (Pete) Baker; brother, Larry Baker; grandparents, Ophelia and James E. Baker, Sr. and Louella and W.C. Shoemaker, Sr. After graduation from Minor High School, Beverly enjoyed a thirty year career in Transportation Sales with Vulcan Materials Company. She was a member of Church of the Highlands Greystone and served as greeter and attended bible studies. She loved spending time at the beach, Smith Lake, and flower gardening. Her pets Zoe, Pae-Pae and Scout gave her much happiness. Funeral Services: 11:00am, Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, Al, with visitation from 10:00 - 11:00am. She will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery in a private graveside service.
