She was a part owner of King-Oh Mush Rooms in Sanger and known as the "Mushroom Lady" at the Farmer's Market in Fresno.
She was loved by many for her kindness and generosity.
She is survived by her husband, Jiro Watanuki; and her mother, Tsuruyo Abe; her brother, Tomochika Abe and his wife, Sumako Abe of Japan.
A Memorial Service will be held at Radisson Hotel, 2233 Ventura Ave. Fresno, on Saturday, July 3, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, remembrance may be made to Nancy Hinds Hospice.
