Cowen; beloved daughter of the late Richard H. and Mary E. Abell; loving sister of Agnes R. Thommen and the late Paul and John Abell; devoted mother of Mary C. Dunlap; cherished grandmother of William Dunlap and his wife Anna; loving great grandmother of Lillian Margaret Dunlap.
A funeral service will be held at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road Odenton, MD 21113 on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Office of Development 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
