He was an automobile equipment salesman, an Army veteran of World War II and was Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Anne H.; a daughter, Elaine Wieser, Tampa; two sons, Charles T., Westfield, N.J., and Benjamin, Holbrook, N.Y.; two brothers, Dick, Massapequa, N.Y., and Joseph, Staten Island, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
