Anna was the daughter of John Pollington and Anna Parker Pollington.
Born in Michigan most likely Rose City.
As a young girl she and her older sister Viola left Rose City for jobs in the Belding Brothers silkmills at Belding Michigan.
While working in Belding she met her first husband and Polly gave birth to her first and only child Rose Sarlo.
Little Rose had health issues and died by the age of eleven.
Rose is buried just yards away from her mother Anna.

A few years after the end of her first marriage she met and later married Carl Acker.
Carl was a good man and the two made a good couple and a great life with each other.
