Mrs. Adella Acker Passes In Stockton
Mrs. Adella M. Acker, a native of Iowa and a resident of Lodi since 1953, died in a Stockton hospital yesterday morning at the age of 83. Mrs. Acker, who resided at 400 E. Oak st., was a member of the First Methodist Church and was active in drill team work for the Women's Relief Corps.
She came to California in 1922, residing first in Eureka and later in Healdsburg, coming to Lodi in 1953.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Daisy Berg of Oregon; one daughter, Mrs. Betty M. Torson; and two grandchildren.
Also surviving are six great grandchildren.
