Survivors include two sons: David of Melbourne, Dan of Palm Bay; daughter: Diana Acosta-Hosein of Orlando; brothers: German of Long Island, NY, Milton of Palm Bay; sister: Ana Padilla of Puerto Rico; five grandchildren: Michael, Megan, Marisa, Daniel, and Noel. He and his fiancée had planned to be married on Saturday, just two days after his death, and he also leaves her: Mary "Dannie" Phillips; and her daughters: Rhonda and Lisa; and grandchildren: Sierra, Sean, Zach, and Kelly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday (3/21) at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Cremation will follow services and the Cremated Body will be entombed at Fountainhead Memorial Park. The family suggests memorial donations to Health First Foundation, Administrative Offices, 1350 S. Hickory St., Melbourne, FL 32901.
