Heroin Found Death Cause
It was definitely established Wednesday night that 24 to 30 capsules taken from the stomach of 16-year-old Albert Adair, brother of an accused murderer, contained heroin, County Medical Examiner Dr. Robert Hausman said.
The report was given Dr. Hausman by his toxicologist, Bill Wilson. Adair was dead on arrival at Robert B. Green Hospital Monday night. Dr. Hausman has asked that homicide officers investigate the death. He said there are indications there may have been foul play involved in the death. The death is now listed as due to an overdose of narcotics.
Adair is the brother of James Adair, 19, who is free on bond in the fatal shooting of Frank A. Solis, 29, of 119 Holy Cross, last June.
