ANDY ADAMS, 87, of 1681 Kansas, retired landowner and owner of Kansas Street Grocery, which he operated for more than 50 years, died Thursday night at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Christ Missionary Baptist Church at 494 South Parkway East with burial in Elmwood. N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home has charge. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Joella Harris of Chicago and Mrs. Doris Lean Lancaster of Memphis, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
