Annie B. Adams, 88, daughter of Oregon pioneers Richard and Hannah Scott and last living alumnus of St. Helen's Hall, died Tuesday in Milwaukie. She had lived at 720 Main St. in Milwaukie.

Mrs. Scott was born in Portland and in 1883 moved to Milwaukie with her family. In 1906 she married Harris Adams and moved to Pomeroy, Wash., where she lived until 1918. Following Mr. Adams death she returned to Milwaukie with her children.

She graduated from St. Helen's Hall in Portland in 1894 and continued an active interest in the affairs of the institution. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Milwaukie and the St. John's Guild. She also was active in St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Pomeroy.

Mrs. Adams is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Rosalie E. Denny, Milwaukie; sons Richard H. Adams, Milwaukie, and Clyde D. Adams, Pomeroy; a sister, Mrs. H. C. Fixott, Portland; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be Friday, 2:30 p.m., at St. John's Episcopal Church in Milwaukie. Interment will be at Riverview cemetery.
