Adcock and Jerry Wayne Adcock; daughters, Mrs. Barbara Jo Johnson and Miss Gloria Adcock; sister, Mrs. Lois Malone; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
