Inns of Court Officer Training Corps. Age: 31. Service No: 10072. Son of William and Harriet Adderley, of Belper; husband of Margaret Burton (formerly Adderley), of 19 St. Alkmund's Churchyard, Derby.

Died from 'cerebral trouble' at the King's College Hospital Camberwell London on Tuesday 23rd October 1917 aged 33, he had been transferred to the King's College Hospital from the Aylesbury Hospital.
Charles joined the Inns of Court Officer Training Corp on Friday 1st December 1916 and served in 'A' Company he then went to No. 14 Officer Cadet battalion on Tuesday 30th January 1917.
