-- HEATH SPRINGS - Mr. Edgar Hueston Addison, 73, of 111 Cauthen St., Heath Springs, passed away Sunday, February 9, 1997, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 1997, from Salem Cemetery in Heath Springs with the Rev. Warren Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at the residence.

Born June 22, 1923, in Heath Springs, he was a son of the late Thomas Edgar and Edna Rebecca Cauthen Addison. A member of Heath Springs Baptist Church, Mr. Addison was an auto mechanics instructor at Andrew Jackson Vocational School. He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jean Mobley Addison; a son, Mr. Mike Addison of Columbia; two brothers, Mr. Kenneth Addison of Spartanburg and Mr. James Addison of Charlotte, NC; four sisters, Mrs. Jennielle Gregory of Great Falls, Miss Doris Addison of Rock Hill, Mrs. Bennie (Jill) Sommers of Smyrna and Mrs. Ted (Ruth) Cudd of Chester; and four grandchildren, Miss Dana Addison of Columbia, Mrs. Jeff (Kim) Stilwell of Mullins, Miss Angela Addison and Mr. Andrew Addison, both of Kershaw.

Cauthen Funeral Home, Lancaster Chapel, is serving the family of Mr. Addison.
