Carmela "Millie" Addonizio passed away on August 7, 2010.
She was born in Weatherly, PA on November 19, 1913 to Paul and Pauline Paulmeno. Millie was a resident of Valley Cottage for over 30 years, previously of the Bronx. She was a member of the Congers Senior Citizens Group #2.
Millie is survived by her daughter Arlene and her husband Lou Farina, her son Tom and his wife Toni, and daughter-in-law Barbara Addonizio. She will be missed dearly by her grandchildren Louis, Marc, Samantha, Lane, Tarmi, Devon, Antoinette, and Thomas, as well as eight great grandchildren. Millie is predeceased by her husband, Tom, and her son, Carl.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home, New City, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, 11AM at St. Paul's Church, Congers, NY. Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet.
