Adolph E. Adler, 71, died at 5:40 a.m. Friday at Brokaw Hospital.

Mr. Adler was born In Atlantic City, N.J., June 12, 1895, son of William J .and Sophia Kolben Adler.

He married Alice Selotti Jun 6, 1947, in Hot: Springs, Ark.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Wayne Cook and Mrs. Irving Rosenfeld, Miami, FL; a brother, Edward, Dallas, TX; two grandchildren: and two great-grandchildren.

He was a member of the Louis E. Davis American Legion Post and the Miami Elks Club.
