He was a cameraman for G.E. in Syracuse, owner of Adolfi Real Estate, was in the Merchant Marines and served in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by children; John Adolfi, James Adolfi, Shari Callahan; grandchildren, Justin and Tricia Callahan and friend, Maria Versch. Memorial Service will be held on February 1, 2011 at St Andrews Church in Orlando, FL. Published in the Orlando Sentinel on January 29, 2011
