Passed away peacefully, with family and friends on Friday May 14th at Elm Grove Living Centre in Toronto. Beloved husband of Margaret and loving father of John and Paula.

Having suffered a severe acquired brain injury 12 years ago, his life as an active businessman in the building and construction field changed abruptly. With amazing help from the Toronto Rehab Centre (University Avenue), he was able to regain some valuable aspects of life. It was a long and winding road with no complaints, which allowed us to learn that there can be joy within sorrow and beauty within tragedy.

Albert was the son of the late John and Rose Agnelli. He is survived by his three brothers, John (Diane), Lawrence (Heather), and Fred, one sister Joanne, nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and many cousins. He will be greatly missed by all.

We wish to extend our most sincere thanks for the care and compassion extended to Al and his family during all of his stay at Elm Grove Living Centre. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2- 4 and 7- 9 p.m. on Tuesday May 18. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in ST. PAULS BASILICA, 83 Power Street (corner of Queen Street East) on Wed, May 19, at 11 oclock. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations in Alberts memory may be made to St. Michaels Hospital Foundation, 30 Bond Street, Toronto, M5B 1W8, or a charity of ones choice. Brought to you by: Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles-Newbigging Chapel Limited.
