Evelyn Aime 8/5/18 ~ 12/14/02 PRICE - Our much loved wife, mother, grammy, aunt and dear friend, Evelyn Morgan Aime, age 84, passed away December 14, 2002 at Castleview Hospital in Price. She was born August 5, 1918 in Mohrland, Utah to Emrys and Minnie McArthur Morgan. Married Frank Aime, March 2, 1941 in Cedar City, Utah. He died May 13, 1996. Longtime resident of Carbon County and graduate of Carbon High School. Evelyn graduated from Carbon College Nursing School as a LPN and she worked at Carbon Hospital for many years. She was very active in the nursing organizations and the American Legion Auxiliary over the years. Her greatest joy was "getting on the road" with Frank and friends and going rock hunting and fishing. Evelyn's sense of playfulness and her youthful enthusiasm were her essence. During the final two years of her life, Evelyn was in the loving care of Shauna, David and staff at the Heirloom Inn. Survived by her daughter, Joyce (Nick) Kontas, Denver, Colorado; loving granddaughters, Aime (T.J.) Robertson, Riverton; Angela Kontas, Denver; nephew, Dr. Max Morgan; niece, Jackie Johnson. Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Max, Ford, Si and Tad Morgan. Celebration of Life, Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002, 6:00 p.m. Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell's Thursday one hour prior to service. Private family interment was held prior to services at Mt. View Cemetery, Helper. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Human Society, 1419 West Valley View Drive, Wellington, Utah 84542 .
